Tailored to your specific needs, can include long term goals to improve posture, or efficient movement.  This session gives us time to do some structural work and allow time for relaxation as well. Sessions target deep fascial restrictions, release trigger points, and let go of the outside world for a while. My approach aims to restore fluidity to stiff connective tissues and reset postural alignment.
